Where can I buy one of your pieces?

Do you work with stylists?

I do work with stylists. Pieces can be rented out for your photoshoot or project. Please get in touch with your project dates and for more details.

Are you available for commissions and custom pieces?

Yes, I am open to commissions and creating custom work and would love to work with national and international clients. Please get in touch to discuss your vision with me further.

Do you do brand collaborations?

I am always open to brand collaborations! Lets chat.

When will you be releasing your next collection?

The best place to keep up to date with work releases, exhibitions and events is to sign up to my mailing list. You will be notified before the general public and be granted early access. You can sign up at the bottom of this page. 

Shipping

I currently offer $10 flat rate shipping on all orders Australia wide.

Do you ship internationally?

Please get in touch with the country you’d like to ship to and I will organise a custom quote for you.

CLASSES

Do you offer classes for kids?

At this stage I am only offering classes to students over 18yrs of age.

Do you do group wheel classes?

As I currently have one wheel, I can only offer one-on-one wheel throwing classes at this time.

However, I do offer hand building workshops for up to 4 people and a Clay Date session where you and a friend can come along to learn the wheel and hand building techniques and swap halfway through the session. More details here.

What classes do you offer?

I offer the following:

  • One on one four week introduction to the wheel

  • 2 hour learn the wheel one on one

  • 2 hour hand building workshop

  • Clay Date workshop

Do you take private bookings for parties?

I am open to doing private group bookings for your next event! Lets chat.

Class cancellation

We understand that sometimes life happens so if you are unable to attend your booked session but can transfer your spot to a friend or family member we will be happy to do so.

If you would like to reschedule for a later date that can be arranged.

  • Cancelling before one week of session is 100% refund.

  • Cancelling within one week of session date is a 50% refund.

  • Cancelling within 24 hours of session date no refund is given.

In the event that Emily has to cancel a class last minute, she will contact you to reschedule your booking to a date that best suits.

In the event of a natural disaster or other such emergency, you will be contacted to either reschedule or will be issued a full refund.

Refunds and returns

My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your piece arrives to you broken and the packaging has clearly been damaged in transit, please get in touch within 24hours of receiving package.

Emily does everything within her power to ensure each piece is wrapped securely so that it arrives to you safely.

I accidentally broke my piece! Can I fix it?

Depending on the break and the item in question there are ways to repair your broken item. Send me an email and we can work together to try and fix it!

I changed my mind and don’t want this piece anymore. Can I get a refund?

I do not offer refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully.
