Due to the unpredictable nature of the ceramic making process delays can occur outside of Emily’s control. In the event of a delay you will be notified as soon as possible

• Specific requests must be added in the “additional information” section of the form. Requests are reviewed by Emily and will be accepted on a case by case basis.

• Once your order is placed Emily will be in touch to confirm and an invoice will be issued

• 50% deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving initial invoice

Changes to Order

• Changes to your order can be emailed directly to hello@emilybrookfield.com within 7 days of placing your order or before deposit is paid (whichever comes first)

• Changes to orders will not be possible once payment for initial invoice is received 

• Please note that any changes made to your order may affect lead time and cost

• Shipping fee is calculated once all items in the order are complete and determined by weight and carton volume

• All orders are shipped using Australia Post with tracking. Please provide an email that is regularly monitored to receive tracking updates. If an order cannot be delivered to the address provided it will be sent to the nearest post office and will be your responsibility to collect

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order

• If you have a preferred carrier other than Aus Post please get in touch to arrange

• Invoice with balance owing including shipping/delivery fee will be sent once order is complete

• Items will be shipped once confirmation of final payment has been received

• Delivery can be arranged for Geelong/Ballarine/Surf Coast and surrounding areas. Please get in touch to discuss

• If your delivery address is obscure or hard for the shipping company to find please add any extra details to assist with a smooth delivery

• If a parcel is returned to Emily because it wasn’t able to be delivered to the address provided you will be invoiced for any extra shipping fees incurred

Once in the hands of courier or postal service Emily Brookfield accepts no responsibility for breakages or missing items as a result of mishandling or incomplete/incorrect/obscure address details

Emily does not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders for change of mind

• If you receive a faulty item please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your shipment by email to hello@emilybrookfield.com with a detailed description and photos clearly showing the fault

• Any item deemed faulty upon review by Emily will be replaced free of charge. Please note there may be additional shipping costs.

• The faulty item must be returned to Emily before a replacement can be issued

• Emily documents every item to the best of her abilities. Due to the nature of handmade there will always be differences even in sets

• As all items are made by hand there will be slight variations in size/shape even in sets

• All unit prices are not fixed and are subject to change without notice

Product Care

• Hand washing is recommended for all functional items. Sculptural pieces and wall art can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Please refer to item description for specific care instructions

• Emily recommends all customers take due care with any product purchased
